Q. How exactly does the AI learn my methodology?
A. No magic or complex setups. Your dashboard has a 'Knowledge Base' text field. You simply type in your training rules, forbidden exercises, and nutrition principles (or just copy-paste your notes). The AI uses this text as a strict set of instructions when generating programs.
Q. Can I control what the AI tells my clients?
A. Absolutely. You have a 'Co-pilot' mode. You can open any generated program and manually change any exercise, weight, or calories BEFORE the client hits the gym. As for the chat, you see the entire conversation history. If the AI answers in a way you didn't intend, you just add a clarifying rule to your Knowledge Base, and it corrects itself instantly.
Q. Who has access to my methodology? Will my know-how be stolen?
A. Your methodology is your intellectual property. It is strictly isolated within your private account. Only you and your clients (via AI responses) have access to it. We guarantee that your unique knowledge base is NEVER used to train public neural networks.
Q. Where is medical data stored and is it legal?
A. All data is securely stored on protected cloud servers within the European Union. The platform is 100% GDPR compliant. When registering via your link, every client checks a box giving official legal consent for the processing of their health data.
Q. I don't have time to write a 'book' for the AI. How long is the setup?
A. You don't need to write a book. The app includes ready-made, science-based templates (Hypertrophy, Fat Loss, Strength). You can select a template in 1 click and tweak it to your liking. You can expand your Knowledge Base gradually, spending just 5 minutes a day on it.
Q. What are the conditions for the closed beta test?
A. As a Founding Member, you receive a free 3-month Pro account (worth €79/mo). In return, we ask you to onboard at least 5-10 active clients and provide honest feedback once a week. After the 3-month beta period, we can personally discuss further individual conditions.
