2. The Data We Collect

• Identity & Contact Data: Email address, Full name.
• Health & Fitness Data (Special Category Data): Age, weight, height, activity level, fitness goals, and self-reported medical conditions/injuries. We collect this strictly to generate safe, personalized fitness programs.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and authentication tokens.

3. How We Use Your Data & AI Processing

We use your data to provide our core service (generating fitness programs). We use third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) via OpenRouter API. Your data is NOT used to train public AI foundation models. The data transmitted to the AI is used solely for generating your specific workout and nutrition plan in real-time.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors

To provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third parties:

• Supabase: Database hosting and secure user authentication.
• Stripe: Payment processing (We do not store your credit card details).
• Vercel: Web hosting and server infrastructure.
• OpenRouter / Anthropic / Google: AI processing APIs.

5. Your GDPR Rights

As an EU resident, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us, or simply ask your Coach to remove your profile from their dashboard.
