By accessing or using FIT SCALE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)

FIT SCALE is an AI-powered fitness tool, not a medical professional. The workout and nutrition programs generated are based on algorithms and the knowledge base of independent fitness coaches. You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. You assume all risks associated with the exercises and diets provided. FIT SCALE and its developers are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of this app.

2. Subscriptions and Billing (For Coaches)

Coaches who subscribe to premium tiers will be billed automatically on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. FIT SCALE reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
